We want to assure you that we take the health and well-being of our community, customers, and associates very seriously. Like you, we’ve been closely monitoring the effects of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.
To help prevent the spread of COVID-19, we are practicing social distancing. We have temporarily closed our studio to protect and care for those who work with us, our customers, and the public. Our team has been setup to effectively work from home during normal business hours. We’re still open online 24/7, where service remains uninterrupted.
Government officials have deemed residential and commercial real estate services, including settlement services and those who support them part of the COVID-19 essential critical infrastructure workforce. So we are geared up and ready to support our residential and commercial Realtors during this time.
In the field our team members will be practicing precautionary measures by wearing new gloves and shoe coverings at every shoot as well as disinfecting equipment prior to and upon leaving each location. Announced just a short time ago the CDC now recommends people wear non-medical grade masks when leaving the house. We are helping field team members secure masks and they will be added to their tool-kits as well. Talk to a project manager about other COVID-19 booking recommendations.
We are all in this together. We will continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation and will follow guidance from public health officials and government agencies, so we can continue to support our customers and communities as needed.
