We send you a link via Vimeo where you will be able to download a video file which you may then upload to your preferred video hosting/sharing sites.
What format will the video be in?
The video will be delivered to you in a high bitrate H.264 codec. This is exactly what you will need to upload the video directly to Vimeo, YouTube, or other video streaming platforms.
How long does the process take?
We are typically on location for 2-3 hours to film the property depending on the size of the home. Once filming is completed: editing, post production, narration, and encoding etc takes approximately 2-3 business days to complete.
Can I make changes to the video?
Due to the extensive production time we offer 2 complimentary proofs/edits prior to final encoding. Even the most minute changes requires a complete re-edit and hours of encoding. Additional edits will incur a reasonable charge.
